 Please note: due to major carriers (UPS/FedEx/etc.) suspending their service guarantee refund programs for express/expedited shipments (3Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Overnight, Priority Overnight, etc.), we are not liable for delays caused by UPS due to weather conditions, customs, special handling, etc., and cannot refund shipping in these instances.

Jack2rack Return Policy

Jack2rack offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Please contact our Customer Service Representative prior to the return to discuss any questions you may have about opened or partial returns.To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns, Jack2rack offers free sales and technical support to ensure you are getting the product you desire prior to returning the items. Please contact us during our regular business hours for any questions you may have.

If you need to return an item, please fill out following Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.

All products returned MUST be 100 % complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Jack2rack will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).

Jack2rack strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refused Shipments

If merchandise arrives to you damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.

If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for jack2rack to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify jack2rack immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

If you do not notify jack2rack of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact jack2rack to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Return Defective Products

DEFECTIVE returns may be returned directly to jack2rack within 30 days from the invoice date, at Jack2rack's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

Return Non-Defective Prodcuts

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by jack2rack within 30 days from the invoice date, at jack2rack's discretion for: credit, exchange.
No restocking fee if product is return in original packaging.
